The Client Service heroes at Irvine Digital Media are the face of the business to our clients. They are communication superstars that know how to build relationships with all kinds of people from all kinds of industries.

It goes without saying that they are a confident, outgoing bunch but most importantly, they know how to make sure everything runs smoothly and handle the situation if it doesn’t.


  • Ensure smooth running of accounts by maintaining close and frequent contact with clients and strengthen rapport between the company and the client
  • Develop business relationships and drive the business forward
  • Working on live projects, participating in meetings internally and with clients
  • Maintain good knowledge of client’s business
  • Prepare an annual digital project(s) plan for each client, and individual campaign plans/ideas as needed throughout the year (with SMART goals)
  • Manage and strengthen (not merely maintain) client relationships
  • Financial management of your client accounts, updating company revenue forecast sheet, and preparing cost estimates for client approval
  • Recognise roadblocks early making quick, smart decisions
  • Regularly attend networking events, client visits and seminars


  • 3+ years experience in an Account Management position, ideally within an agency / studio environment
  • First class communication skills with the ability to negotiate and manage and resolve conflict
  • Overall agency awareness particularly understanding that planning and attention to detail are key
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in recognizing business opportunities and proactively managing those directly with the client
  • Ability to resolve conflict in a calm, professional manner
